What was broken.
SMEs in Bangladesh were managing HR on spreadsheets or expensive enterprise tools built for foreign markets. Local payroll rules — overtime calculations under the Bangladesh Labour Act, festival bonuses, PF contributions, and income tax slabs — were handled manually, introducing regular errors. Leave tracking was done via WhatsApp messages. HR teams spent 60% of their time on data entry rather than people management.
The Solution
What we built.
We built CrewHRM as a multi-tenant SaaS with company-level data isolation. Core modules include attendance (with biometric device sync), payroll (BD Labour Act compliant with festival bonus and tax computation), leave management with approval workflows, employee self-service, and an HR analytics dashboard. The platform is available in both English and Bengali.
