The Challenge
In Bangladesh, patients had no reliable way to verify doctor credentials, check live availability, or book appointments without calling a clinic directly. Clinics managed schedules on paper or WhatsApp. No-show rates were above 40%. Doctors had no centralised record of their patients. The fragmentation created wasted time for patients and lost revenue for clinics.
The Solution
We built three interconnected portals: a patient app for searching verified doctors by specialty, location, and availability; a doctor portal for managing slots, consultation records, and reminders; and a clinic admin dashboard for managing multiple doctors, rooms, and reporting. The platform integrated with SMS for confirmations and reminders, and supported both online and cash-on-visit payment flows.
Improved healthcare access for patients in Dhaka while increasing clinic utilisation rates by an average of 22%. Doctors reported a 30% reduction in administrative overhead.
